Nice old cottage, beautiful views. Do bring your own mosquito repellent tho! Positive: Very lovely large old house, newly renovated bathroom. Washing Machine a bonus. Reverse Cycle was lovely and warm. Negative: The BUGS! Mosquito bites all over our bodies, if we had of been warned we would have brought our own mosquito defences,

This will be a hidden gem when done right Positive: The location is aboslutely beautiful views of the outskirts of lyndoch and vineyards are incredible you need to advise 5 other guest accomadations are also close by as my partner and i assumed we had the whole house and grounds to ourselves snake warning signs great idea especally this time of year towels were very nice love the shower head and bath a great additiion and a nice rare find this has the potential to be a perfect retreat for couples ,families, groups with a few improvements partner loved the beds would have too if i hadnt hurt back days before staying but still very comfortable and enjoyable over all if was a little cheaper id recomend or improvements done great start on something with a few tweeks will be fabulous and worth the price when finished properly great job so far we enjoyed our stay want to come back with partners extended family and thier kids one day soon love the high celings old style home well done for keeping original leadlight around the front door a spectacular unexpected find Negative: There are a few details that need improving when spending that kind of money on a stay firsty ensue all post construction and renovation dust is removed from fridge and built in cabnits around fridge and between fridge built in and door and back of doorbefore guests stay.clean off texta the top of shower screens left by contractors clean light fittings we noticed the dirty light fixtures in the bathroom kitchen could be better equipped for those like us who look for places we can cook include a basic operation guide for the oven and grill as we took a lot of time trying to work out how to use it same for the tv and dvd which we actually gave up on ,dinner plates for serving food rather than bread plates would be awsome a basic kitchen stick mixer would be very useful for the kitchen blind in kitchen window and back louver windows for privacy would be awsome too air conditioner in front main bedroon is badly needed as kitchen ac didnt reach down that far a basic first aid kit should be a must we both had minor cuts cooking and didnt have band aids a snake bite first aid kit would be a very good idea and basic information on snake bite first aid just in case and infomation on common snakes seen in the area and basic stay still dont make sudden moves if snake is seen emergency details hospitals ,ambulance , etc in case of bite property did meet some expectations but was lacking in some areas for minor improvement realize with work just done that expese would have been big and need to see roi before further improvements can be made but until then consider a lower price to attract visitors increase when its at the finished stage consider another queen bed in another room put bunks and singles in one room widening market to 2 couples with kids you are on the right track just small improvememts to make things better
